We use them in San Da (San Shou Kickboxing), but they can easily be used with a range of Wing Chun techniques in sparring and Chi Sao. This technique can also be used in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as well, in fact you will often see high level wrestlers, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighters using this takedown technique.
